Low pay, poor benefits - Human Resources Customer Service Representative Rite Aid Employee Review

The benefits were not good for people like me. The pharmacists, etc havebit better of course. I had to explain to people who were cashiers, etc that their benefits were cut because their manager would not give enough hours. I was barely trained.
