Pros

Flexible, advancement opportunities, decent benefits, able to transfer to multiple locations

Cons

Pay unfortunately in regards to pay Rite Aid is very top heavy corporate members make an astonishing amount of money which includes company cars and a lot of out of state travel for training and meetings. This doesn't translate well to the lower tier of employees store managers at certain stores can make decent money but Assistant managers and shift supervisors do not get the compensation they deserve.
