I love Rite aid. Been here a long long time. Leadership is kind and fair. Corp leaders are exceptional and communicate effectively. Great systems for training and development. A lot of the support has been outsourced over the years so If you need help you need to communicate with your DL’s. All the managers in our district are very friendly and helpful- which is a part of Rite Aids overall culture.
Cons
In stock supply is not what it used to be. No unified messaging from corporate explaining the reasons for out of stocks. No general messaging to share with customers. So every day we are asked; “are you closing” The customers coming into the stores now are die hard Rite Aid customers that care about the brand.
