More positive than negative but not by much - Pharmacy Manager Rite Aid Employee Review

It was very difficult to get rid of underperforming employees due to the union. However, they also weren't getting paid as well as they should have. Also, way too many metrics/quotas disguised as "goals" from corporate leadership as they continued to decrease the amount of labor hours.
