Business & performance of the company is coming down becaus of useless managment team. Unjust promotions, hike in salary given to puppets of management team only. Whole day is spent in meetings by management and also pull people having work unncecessarily to meetings.They have to stretch late hours due to that. No recognition to sincere, honest and hard working employees. management team shows unachievable targets to parent company to get their profit and then pressurise lower staff to achieve it without any direction.
