Unfair, plays favorites, rules apply to some but not others, constantly changing rules Mandatory overtime Worst culture of any company I have worked for Extreme retention issues, people regularly walk out in groups and don't come back If you give 2 weeks notice of leaving you will be treated extremely poorly your last 2 weeks No set schedule ever, changes every week Mandatory work every other saturday Poor health insurance, highest family deductible i have ever seen Very little to no advancement opportunities, they pretend to promote mainly from within but hire from outside whenever possible
