Pros

Great brand values and brand standards Perfect place to start a career High service expectations breed excellence

Cons

High standards but people are expected to do the work of 5 people for the salary of one Controversial promotions happening mostly when people say they want to resign Exit interviews are pointless because. I change was done after Perfect place to end a hospitality career—people who leave don’t want to come back almost because of the burnout culture and expectations
