Pros
It's a place where if you have talent and produce for them you will be noticed. The company has grown, but not so much were individual efforts are lost on management. There is a focus on doing things the Rivel way, which can cut both ways, but generally the things they are asking for are not out of line with what is generally expected in a consulting environment. Culture is important to them evident by efforts to celebrate each other's successes. Keeping the culture is a current challenge, yielding people and purpose committees, mentorship programs and plenty of employee surveys. Employee feedback seems to be heeded. Adapted to the "new normal" fairly well with flex work from home policies.
Cons
Work loads and the level of responsibility can be intense across all divisions. There seems to be a lot of rules, oversight and focus on little things. The latter can be tiresome when you are dealing with the former and producing.
