Pros
The product is great and makes a difference in how people work, not just a network appliance. Employee teamwork is one of the best in tech companies, even with growing pains. Great engineering focused on supporting the customers.
Cons
The management culture was better before and is overdue for fixing now. Some customers lack respect in the VP Worldwide Sales and have complained privately as well as unfortunately publicly. HR is the worst compared to all the big-name storage and networking companies, the policies and choices they make are for people that work in the US in some service industry? Support is more in the break-fix mode and not proactive support despite supporting a product in sometimes complex environments from people I've met.
