      Great work culture if you are in the right area (directorate). Work weeks are mostly 40 hours, but go up around crunch-time. This is expected in a research environment. Management genuinely cares.

      There’s always going to be bureaucratic relationships with gov’t.

      Severance, higher pay, laid back environment, student loan repayment for past loans.

      Cons

      No colonel left behind, sinking reputation, 3 year vesting in contracting is a bit excessive, will not negotiate time off when hiring…. Take forever to earn more time off.
