RTI provides a great, friendly environment to expand your skills and work on many different projects. Every day is a new challenge, and no two days are the exact same. You're given the opportunity to work on projects that fit in your skill range, as well as projects that may push you to learn new things. Teamwork is a major value at RTI. There is always another person willing to help when things get tough, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You never feel like you're on your own. The management team cares about every one of their employees. They're always there to make sure we succeed at what we do and take care of any issues that may arise. Hard work never goes unnoticed. There are times when things get tough and require some hard work and long hours, but your efforts never get overlooked. RTI takes care of their employees, and I'm very happy with my position and work load. Plus, there's snacks, pop machines, and a pizza oven!
