Cons
Closed minded, traditional command and control IT management. Innovation is discouraged and actively suppressed. Reactionary rather than proactive leadership with management always looking to place the blame for internal department failures on external departments. Uninspired IT management who are completely out of touch with the needs of the medical center and only react when situations have become critical. IT leadership seeks to place blame rather than find solutions. Any successes that have come out of the IT department have come in spite of current department leadership not because of it.
