It's large, meaning there are lots of jobs (although there are more limitations on jobs for existing employees than for new employees), and RUHS is the primary resource for the many underserved.

Leadership is stagnant, meaning the creative solutions to the current budget issues (most of which are self-inflicted and unexamined) are not seriously considered.
