      Great team to work for

      Cons

      Constant process changes. Leadership needs more automotive background. Hiring people that have no automotive experience but also not training them well enough. People would get on the floor taking calls and not know how to do the job. They love meetings and don’t follow through on anything.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
