      Pros

      Great pay, amazing team + people you get to work with

      Cons

      Some people that work on commission from other teams are very particular about their sales, leadership isnt the best and still feels like it's a startup company, considering how large the business is and the products we're selling, I'd expect better in terms of shots called and decisions made. Rivian has terrible money management skills which affects lay offs.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
