      Lack of employee support systems, new company so all processes and methods need to be created from scratch, impeding getting to being able to solve the real problem

      Cons

      RSMs are clueless. Ran like a tech start up, not an automotive company. Multiple layoffs. Relying on AI to mass layoff more employees.
