      Decent compensation, exciting technologies, hands on time with the vehicles. Lots of knowledgeable people and plenty of challenging problems to tackle.

      Cons

      Company had gone through lots of changes recently due to the layoffs. Still periods of crunch time and there's always another deadline to meet.

      No weekends, decent pay, unlimited pto

      Cons

      RSMs are clueless. Ran like a tech start up, not an automotive company. Multiple layoffs. Relying on AI to mass layoff more employees.
