      Good Pay when you get out on the grass. Nice Course.

      Bad Management, Too many rules for new caddies, unfair treatment, crappy facility

      Pros

      Generally a nice place to work at. Employees are nice.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to value or appreciate the staff. Lifeguards are regularly pressured to work excessive hours, including frequent 12-hour shifts on weekends. There is little to no regard for work-life balance.
