Hi there - We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you felt supported from a compensation & benefits perspective. We know that the layoffs were a shock. In terms of how quickly people were exited from the company, we wish we could have given impacted Ro’ers a longer transition time, but given our obligation to protect patient healthcare information, it was a decision we had to make for the security of our patients. Ro has made Plenity, the FDA-cleared weight management aid approved for use by the largest number of adults affected by overweight and obesity, available nationwide through our platform.
