Our teams work hard to make sure all Ro’er’s feel supported so that they can do their best work, and it’s great to know that you utilized and appreciated those offerings. We recognize that the layoffs were a tough moment for us, and for many other companies who were in similar situations. As we move forward, we’re excited about the growth we’ve had across men and women’s health, fertility, weight management and dermatology, and are always happy to discuss the growth strategy and direction behind our goal oriented healthcare mission. During our bi-weekly All Hands meeting, the role of DJ rotates through a group of volunteers, and they have the liberty of choosing what songs are played! Yes, we’ve had some EDM, but we’ve also had Beyonce, 80s Pop, and country music to name some others. It’s fun to hear everyone’s unique taste in music, and we’ll make sure to continue changing up the music selection each meeting.
