Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry that you felt this way about your time with Ro. We agree that there has been a lot of change that has happened over this past year in particular. We sometimes feel the stress of that too, but ultimately believe many of these changes have been necessary to continue to evolve based on learnings about our business over time and in light of an ever-changing broader market. We always look to our north star of goal oriented healthcare for our patients, and believe that our recently implemented AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process, through which each team lays out their goals and key investments for the coming year, will help to create longer-term clarity for Ro’ers, knowing that adapting will always be necessary, even with the best laid plans.
