I’m so sorry to hear that you haven’t been having a great experience at Ro. It’s true that we had to make some tough decisions with regard to team size and structure last year, and like any company in today’s climate, we have continued to make changes on a smaller scale if and when needed. We’ve always been transparent about this with those immediately impacted and all leadership team members receive talking points to share context with their teams about changes of any size. If you’re willing to talk, it would help to learn more about what immaturity and missteps you’ve been observing - I’d love to learn if there are specific areas where we can improve.
