This is where the road seems to get a little rough. First 2 weeks of training were good and then they realized they were overwhelmed and needed all hands on deck and cut the training short. Everyone seemed very nice at first but then the atmosphere shifted to stressful. I understand a startup needs their teams to be flexible but situations continue to arise leaving it to feel more chaotic than "still in a learning phase". Glassdoor reviews from last year are making me feel very nervous about a future here now. I overlooked the reviews having come from a startup background. But, now the red flags are showing. The system is a bit antiquated and overloaded with way too many apps to accomplish one task. Understandable that this is a pharma company but, it slows the system down considerably leaving everyone in limbo for way too long, especially customers. And that's not good. Many customers leave daily and I'm sure many more will continue to leave. This is a scary time to be looking for a new job. However, I just don't see longevity here for a lot of people. There is a shortage of pharmaceuticals right now and leading customers to believe they'll get theirs while charging the membership fees while they are left waiting is not good business. And having no good retention plan means more loss than gain. Just not a good situation, sad to say.
