Pros

Ro's Benefits are pretty on par with companies of similar size in the sector. Lots of swag gets sent out too. I also do think that there is a lot of potential for the company to continue to grow.

Cons

It was always plainly clear to me that management did not have clear vision, and was not aligned with even one another. Also, immediately upon my arrival with VERY unclear expectations I was expected to hit the ground running in the first couple weeks, even as my managers shifted around multiple times. There needs to be stronger accountability for managers to have a stronger and more standardized onboarding process.

The pay and ability to work remotely. Also they let you use a lab top which is nice.

Cons

Favoritism. I hit all my metrics and then some, 174% over and yet my contract was not extended and they would not provide one reason why other than their blanket corporate statement.
