Pros
• Great benefits and fair compensation • Friendly staff and motivated workers
Cons
The company is shady to their customers and gaslight at any turn they can. They haven't figured out what they want to do as a business despite being launched for several years now and still claim they are a "start up". The truth is that they keep changing medical angles for fast cash and what's trending. This means they constantly need to pivot focus to new launches. Instead of training existing employees with knowledge of the system and company on the new programs, they hire new employees. These new employees have 8 weeks to mostly read, hardly practice, and then pass their training to almost a T. They leave room for no error. Coachings are counted into your QA scores and their auditing is very biased based on who is grading your work. The owners are very into themselves and how they are changing the industry but they aren't. The benefits are truly amazing but the environment is toxic despite meeting some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. Confusing right?
