-Technology (So many systems and so many ways to "try" and do things in them. They are not working or linking together. Lots of manual transitions between them. If someone is off work processes stop due to this. Trying to even check true inventory is a real task and is never live numbers unless you physically go and count them. The recent issue was my time fix person was in the Philippines on vacation. When you get paid weekly that can make you nervous it won't get fixed. Lucky, he did see the corrections needed and fixed them. But he was on vacation.
