- Nice people (not always, depends on team). - Flexible time. - Benefits are quite OK (e.g. insurance).

Cons

- Jobs are somewhat boring. (at least in my team). - Low salary, the salary increment is also slow. - Tasks are not very well-planned. (a lot of times). - Trainings are not so great...

Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

Cons

Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.

Cons

Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
