Pros
Environment highly professional. High individual freedom and responsibility. Daily Tasks clearly defined. Long term engineering goal well defined. Most tasks are stimulating & challenging. Colleagues sympathic and supportive. No micro managing. Management very receptive to feedback
Cons
Too many mid level managers. Other problems mainly artefacts of being a large organization. Even though long term goals are clear and short term tasks are well defined, mid term goals are not clear and often lead to inefficiencies. Even though management is receptive to feedback often it lacks the power and speed to implement changes.
