Pros
Innovative and open to new ideas.Prestigious brand name and throughout the world any person will know the company. Good learning especially in automotive functions and embedded systems. Management which is willing to support the employees, job is secure. Good compensation and benefits and work/life balance.
Cons
The work is or basically the projects are divided into very minute parts and hence it is difficult to understand a big picture of system. More than function orientation the flow of work depends on a process. Most of the tools used are Bosch specific and it will not imbibe any general ideas in you.
