      Worst working technology, No growth for individuals Will not value you and your personal opinions even if they are valid Worst salary and totally biased towards certain set of individuals. Just boasts from that outside that it is a huge MNC but from inside it is nothing more than a drainage.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.

      Cons

      Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
