They work you seven days a week, Random overtime at last minute, Management is hard to work with, Guilt trip you into working by making you feel bad, no support from management when times are tough, the workload is a lot so you never have time to take any breaks, and if you take breaks then they question why stuff isn't getting done. Barely train new techs and they throw them onto your shift which creates a lot more work. Operators don't really care. It's a good job if you like being talked down to and working all the time and have no life.
