      The load of work doesn't interfere with college responsibilities. They led you do home office. The most important metric is how much are you learning.

      Cons

      If the project that you are joining is for a client, probably you will not touch nearly anything of the development process. I know that this doesn't apply for inner projects and for some validation teams.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.

      Google work environment. Good people.

      Cons

      Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
