Pros
Work environment is great as you do not work under a lot of pressure. Good benefits once you rise up the ranks. And not to forget, the awesome food :)
Cons
Initial salary is competitive which raises your expectations of getting a good hike in subsequent years, but sadly that's not the case. The increment is minimal until you get promoted (only the year you get promoted, your increment precent will be high)
