Pros
A good work-life balance with the flexi hour introduced. There is no micro-managing. The management seems to trust the associate very well as long as you deliver a good job. However, not all section have the luxurious as mentioned.
Cons
Laid-back environment. Due to lack sense of urgency in certain area, delay in completing task could happen. Fire fighting. There is lack of communication between department that caused fire fighting for similar issue every time.
