Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are very happy to hear that you enjoy your work environment at Bosch and get along so well with your team colleagues. Regardless, we are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction. We do consider pay and compensation as one but not the only factor for sustaining a good experience for the associates – work environment, learning, leadership are the important other aspects. Therefore, we regret hearing about your negative experience concerning learning opportunities. At Bosch, lifelong learning is a part of our corporate culture. In regular meetings with our associates, we plan their next career steps together and set milestones – for both their personal and professional development. We therefore support them with technical and leadership seminars during working hours, or they show initiative themselves and attend one of our many evening or weekend courses. If you would like to provide more information about your individual situation and discuss your further development options, please do not hesitate to talk to your supervisor or local HR contact at any time. We are constantly improving our working conditions in all dimensions and your feedback helps to realize a positive change. Thank you! Your Bosch Career Team

Pros

Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

Cons

Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.

Pros

Google work environment. Good people.

Cons

Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
