      I can use my paid holidays freely (typically, it is difficult to use paid holidays in Japan in a Japanese company)

      Foreign companies (non-Japanese companies) are known for good salary in Japan, but the salary range at Bosch Japan seemed to align with normal Japanese companies.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
