Working environment, lots of topics to choose to work on, career opportunities, correct working hour calculation + possibility to gain extra holiday through it, company has a valuable culture
Cons
The perfect work/life balance also means you can't make extra money by extra work. Conservative attitude in fields like processes or administrative works that must be done, although they sometimes don't make any sense. Most of the development tools are also old-fashioned which makes the work harder.
