      Great People. Most of the management have worked their way up so they are reasonable and understanding

      Cons

      The hours can be way to much. I was on a 19 day schedule. 19 days straight and 2 days off.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
