      Pros

      I started with Bosch out of University and have had several different roles within the company. The company values employees as its strongest asset and makes long term (5-20 year) plans to be relevant in the future. Incredibly stable and secure with layoffs being very rare.

      Cons

      Large company so it is easy to become pigeon-holed into one role. Bosch moves slowly because it is so large and conservative. Pay tends to be less than OEMs.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
