      A reasonably loyal company to it's personnel. They try to listen and reform, really. The even try to acknowledge that times have changed.

      Cons

      Totally old-fashioned, bureaucratic, paper wasting, under managed, over directed so absolutely not yet ready for the 21st century. Even though we're 15 years in. Totally top heavy.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Cons

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.

      Google work environment. Good people.

      Cons

      Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
