Pros
It’s wonderful to work in Robert Bosch as they are one of the major automotive company. The software specially platform is more stable, but many things are happening always. So always there is work. If it’s customer facing team, working for OEM’s it’s more work. Company benefits are awesome. They provide food, cab service, and 25EL, sick leaves. Maternity leave is 6 months paid. Child raising is 6 months with basic salary. Miss carriage 6 weeks off. Work from home is given for in available situations. Company policies are overwhelming. It’s overall great place to work.
Cons
Salary is less. Though other company policies cover it.
