Pros

The amount of pay is fair, the over all job is simple, and seems to be minimal overtime.

Cons

3rd shift supervisor seems distracted and definitely not a people person. They were made aware that if I go to assembly i would need a lighter part due to previous injurt, then the supervisor elaborates that I have 0 restrictions she'll put me wherever she'd like. I thought she was just a distraught machine operator because she never introduced herself. I've formally worked there and the trainer saw that as an opportunity to cut corners. 2nd day 2 hours in im training on a part with labels, trim and components and told I needed to catch on quickly cuz they were under staffed and they needed my training operator to run another machine.

Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

Cons

Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
