      Environment in which you can work with great experts, learn, grow, switch positions. Corporations are not much dynamic, so you can have great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Very slow and small salary increasments. Lots of rules, procedures, hierarchy you can't fight againts.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
