      Great multinational company with great Brand and also product, have great diversity people and environment.

      Cons

      Less on HR team, they often to reach employee conditions. they're just act like principle without any senses of belonging. with this situation, always made right person to resign from company and wrong person still make a damaged inside company

      Our department suffered the cuts of automotive downturns and outsourcing work after department mergers. I would have stayed until retirement for another 10 or 15 years.
