      -Bureaucracy really stunts great employees in terms of growth and even having flexibility, pay raise or even complaints regarding bad leadership -Benefits, even flexibility becoming fewer and fewer every year

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
