1)equip associates with ample trainings and dummy tasks before putting on live projects so that one feels at ease with this gradual 2) in my opinion, excellent for people interested in automotive function domain and automobiles rather than hardcore embedded/ system side programming etc 3) company facilities(regular techinical trainings, soft skill trainings, canteen,transport, workplace) excellent 4) they care for their associates in terms of making them feel good (for ex good bonuses. big gifts etc to all whenever the company makes a profit etc) 5) excellent on-site opportunities
Cons
i would say if you are looking for hardcore embedded work like system side programming, device drivers etc, then there may be only a few departments doing such work, and your work is more likely to involve knowing and getting functional knowledge of various automobile sub functions (airbags, ABS, ESP, Engine management system, car radio, diagnostics etc)
