All VP's have been working at RHI for years and stick together no matter what. Sales tracker appears to have many loop holes that your super clever VP will slide right through so you don't get the commission that you worked hard for. On top of the bad management, the micro-management is exhausting. RH hires you telling you that they like people with Entrepreneurial spirits and yet they choose to squash their spirits with the mircomanagement. Another factor, enough with the conference calls & endless meetings to "report" the numbers. Are you kidding ? RH preaches about being on the phone but that's virtually impossible with the endless "non-motivating" meetings. I finally left because the mental harrassment our latest VP dished out on the staff was enough.
