They use very aggressive sales practices, acting more like sales people rather then recruiters. They solicited business to my references and tried to get the names of the companies and people I interviewed with. They called me multiple times while I was working on a project, interrupting my work just to to try to find put if they can get more business from the client. As a contractor I found out I was paid only 40% of what Robert Half billed the client, though Robert Half told me, they were not making enough money on the project and they could not possibly pay me a higher rate. I felt I was being taken advantage of by Robert Half and will never deal with them again or recommend them.
