Pros
Robert Half Int. has been an excellent employer for me and my family. They have provided me opportunities that have allowed me to advance both personally and professionally. I have been with Robert Half for almost 6 years and because of their corporate structure and great senior leadership, I have been afforded the chance to transfer and move with the company to multiple cities. The compensation is great and if you are a mid to top performer you will thrive here. You truly are rewarded for your efforts working at RHI and they really do offer you the ability to control your own career and provide your family with a life style upgrade. I have recommmended Robert Half to one of my best friends so that should show anyone that it is not just my words, but my actions that prove to others that RHI is what I am saying here.
Cons
I can not offer too much advice in this area as I truly do believe that Robert Half Int is a great company to work for but I will admit that if you do happen to work in a branch where your branch manager is not as strong of a leader then you may not be subject to the same experience as most of us experience working for RHI. I would assume it is like that for any company though. You are only as strong as your leader!
