Pros
I worked for RHI for 8+ years and worked in many different roles. The company is large so there is the opportunity to move around in different geographic areas and parts of the company.
Cons
During my tenure at RHI I saw the company change for the worse. RHI changes the compensation programs on a whim to better suit profitability and shareholders. They were not the least bit ashamed to take money out of the pockets of their employees or temps when things got tough in the economy. They put ridiculous standards in place in terms of gross margin targets. Worst of all they do not treat working moms well at all. I faced serious discrimination issues when I returned from maternity leave. Management showed no loyalty to me even though I had been a solid producer for many years.
